Open My eSIM on this site, enter your order ID, ICCID or purchase email and pick a top-up. The data is added to the same eSIM, so there is nothing new to install.

Your phone needs eSIM support and has to be network-unlocked. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID, the phone has an eSIM chip. Some models sold in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau have no eSIM.

Yes, if the eSIM has not been installed: write to us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full price. If it cannot connect in the destination because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, you also get a full refund.
